13 When Pilate heard this, he brought Jesus out, and sat down on the judgment seat at a place called[5] The Pavement, but in[6] Hebrew, Gabbatha.

13 Hearing this, Pilate brought Jesus out and sat down on the judgment seat at a place called the Pavement [the Mosaic Pavement, the Stone Platform] — in Hebrew, Gabbatha.

13 It was about the middle of the day before the Passover Feast. Pilate said to the Jews, See, here is your King!

13 When Pilate heard this, he brought Jesus outside and sat down on the judgment seat at a place called Stone Pavement (Gabbatha in Hebrew).
